Shipping/Order Info

All orders are fulfilled by Printful.

You can visit www.printful.com to read more about the fulfillment process. 

Printful fulfillment takes about 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters). Once the order is fulfilled, a shipping label will be created and items will be sent out.

Every shipped product will come with email/text tracking number depending on preferences chosen on checkout. If you have any questions or issues with delivery, please contact your local post office.

Standard estimated shipping times (after the fulfillment process) are:
3-4 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, and 5-20 days internationally.

International shipping is available to any country across the world, with the exception of the following due to COVID-19:
Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen. In general, Printful also doesn’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. 

Although printful does not accept buyers remorse returns (items are handmade on-demand and not stored in warehouses), any items that are damaged and misprinted can be returned for refund or replacement. 

If your item is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com – it will dramatically speed up return/refund process. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
